PATRICK MORAN
MANAGING PARTNER
Patrick was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area. After graduating from Gonzaga College High School and attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, Patrick applied his degree in economics and started building homes. As a second-generation home builder and developer in the metro DC area, Patrick understands the complexities of the housing market in this area while concurrently he embraces the changing technologies shaping the efficiencies of homebuilding in the 21st century.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Originally from southern Alabama, Joe started building homes at the age of 15. He joined the Navy soon after high school and found himself in Washington D.C. after being selected for the Presidential Honor Guard. Trained in the Navy as a machinist, Joe stayed in the Mid-Atlantic region and soon returned to his passion, homebuilding. Known for his attention to detail and tenacity, Joe takes great pride in delivering beautiful custom homes. Joe lives in Montgomery County, Maryland with his two sons.
TERRI LEVIN
OFFICE MANAGER
Terri Levin, Office Manager, has a BS in Foods and Nutrition from The University of Maryland, College Park and she is a former registered dietitian. Terri ensures that our office runs smoothly. She manages and coordinates our daily business activities including legal, purchasing and construction documents as well as facilitates the elimination of duplicative functions, processes and procedures. Prior to joining BlackRock, she worked for Best Ergonomics also as the Office Manager.
DANIEL NEUMANN
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Dan Neumann, Production Coordinator, is originally from the Chicago metro area. Growing up in a homebuilding family, Dan has been in the construction industry for his entire working career. Dan has two Bachelor of Science degrees from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, the first in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering and the second B.S. degree in Construction Management. He is responsible for managing the trade contractor agreements, bids, and budgets for BlackRock’s projects in addition to their purchasing activities. Prior to joining BlackRock, Dan worked for a homebuilder in the Chicagoland area as a Manager of Purchasing and Releases, responsible for developing and constructing 60 homes a year. Dan now lives with his wife and dog in Northern Virginia.
