Our Benjamin property is now officially on the market. Last week we showed you our kitchen designers 3D renderings compared to the the true end result that you can see here. Now that Spring has sprung, our landscaping now more resembles the renderings that our landscape architects at McHale Landscape Design in McLean, VA designed.

This weekend is the annual Parade of Homes presented by the Northern Virginia Building Association (NVBIA). Parade of Homes is described as "the area's finest builders and developers showcasing their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and master craftsmanship" and runs this weekend, Saturday, April 29th and Sunday, April 30th from 11AM-5PM.
Our newest construction is a six bedroom, six full bathroom and two half bathroom luxury home at 7109 Benjamin Street in McLean, VA and will be a part of the parade , which can be accessed all weekend.
